Real problems, not theoretical ones
Every feature on our roadmap started as someone’s 11 PM Slack message. We don’t invent demand — we build for pain we’ve felt personally.
SoftSight is built by people who have lived inside the workflow we’re replacing — supplier emails, gut-feel negotiation, re-fields you only caught after the client did. If that sounds familiar, we want to talk.
Remote-first · Global · Founding-team access

Half the team comes from inside MR agencies. The other half learned by sitting next to PMs for six months before writing a line of code.
You will own a surface area, not a ticket queue. Decisions get made by the person closest to the customer — usually you.
Two synchronous rituals a week. Everything else is written. We hire from anywhere we can pay fairly and run a clean tax footprint.
Pre-revenue founders pricing, public roadmap, no fake metrics. We’ll tell you what isn’t working before you ask.
We protect deep work. No meetings on Wednesdays. No expectation of evenings or weekends. Burnout is a strategy failure.
Whichever role you apply for, you’ll be asked to complete a short Process Knowledge & Best Practice Review after the application form. It’s the same review for every role — it lets us calibrate the conversation to your real experience.
Own the supplier side of the platform end-to-end — network strategy, commercial terms, panel onboarding standards. You’ve sat on both sides of the RFQ and know where the margin actually lives.
Apply for this roleLead a portfolio of cohort agencies through onboarding, the first three studies, and the messy edges in between. Half-customer-success, half-product-feedback.
Apply for this roleWire up survey platforms, supplier networks, and SSO. You will be the first technical voice every new cohort agency meets — and the one they trust by Week 2.
Apply for this roleOwn the relationship from Week 3 onward. Read product usage like a daily newspaper. Spot churn three months before it happens. Talk to humans, not dashboards.

Process Knowledge Review
30–40 minutes, on screen, right after the form. Real operational questions — no trick puzzles.

Every applicant gets a real human reply — yes, no, or ‘we’d like to talk more.’
Two conversations
One with a peer in the role. One with a founder. Usually inside a week of each other.
After you submit this form, you’ll be taken straight to the Process Knowledge & Best Practice Review — 38 questions across 7 sections. It’s genuinely how we calibrate the role. There are no trick questions. Save your progress isn’t supported yet, so set aside 30–40 minutes.
Something missing? Email us directly — we answer ourselves.
careers@softsight.ioBecause operational fluency is what we hire for, across the board. Engineers who’ve never read a supplier email build the wrong abstractions. CSMs who’ve never reconciled a study don’t spot the right churn signals. The review calibrates the conversation — it’s not pass/fail.
30–40 minutes. There are 38 questions across 7 sections — operational scale, RFQ & quoting, supplier onboarding, live monitoring, CPI & pricing, data quality, and reconciliation. Most are multiple-choice; a few are short open responses.
Answer honestly. We’d rather see ‘I haven’t done this’ than a guess. Several team members joined from adjacent industries — what matters is how you reason about operational problems, not where you learned to.
Not yet — that’s on the roadmap. For now, please set aside an uninterrupted block before starting. If your browser crashes mid-way, email us and we’ll send you a fresh link.
Yes. Every role on this page is remote-first. We have small clusters in London, New York, and Bangalore but no expectation of being in any of them. We pay fairly for your local market.
Stored encrypted, accessed only by the hiring team, deleted after 12 months if we don’t hire. Your review answers are never published, never shared with other applicants, and never used outside the hiring conversation.
If supplier emails, gut-feel CPI, and 11 PM reconciliations are things you’ve felt in your shoulders — start the application. Twenty minutes from now, you’ll be talking to us in your answers.
