Direct Slack, weekly calls, two prioritised feature requests per quarter — that's a real time commitment from us, and it doesn't scale past ten agencies. Cohort 02 will be larger; the incentives won't be the same.
What does 'founder pricing for 2 years' actually mean?
Yours from day one. 25% off list during the 6-month pilot AND every month after — locked to your account for a full 24 months from start. Including if you grow from Scale into Enterprise post-pilot. As long as your account stays active inside the window, the rate doesn't move. If list prices rise, your rate doesn't.
Are we obligated to publish a case study?
No. The case-study interview at the end of pilot is opt-in. If you'd rather stay private, you can — and it doesn't affect your founder pricing or roadmap influence. About a third of cohort members opt out, and we've never made it awkward.
What if our agency is smaller than 10 studies a month?
We'll likely say no for Cohort 01 — but say so honestly and point you to the standard /demo path with a discount applied. The pilot needs operational depth to be worth running; below that volume, it's not fair to either side.
What happens at the end of the 6 months if we don't continue?
You stop paying. The 6-month pilot has no annual lock-in — at Week 24 you decide whether to continue at your founder rate (25% off list) or stop. No clawback, no data hostage, no automatic renewal. Your founder rate stays reserved for the remainder of the 24-month window in case you decide to come back. After that, list price applies.
Is the data we run during the pilot kept private?
Yes. Pilot data lives in an isolated tenant. The team uses anonymised, aggregated metrics only — fraud rate distributions, parsing accuracy by language, negotiation acceptance rates — to improve the platform. No client names, no project IDs, no respondent data ever leaves your tenant.
